Notifi delivers real-time alerts encompassing account processing and online banking, tailored to your preferences and accessible on any device or system. With Notifi, you have the flexibility to choose what alerts you receive, how you receive them (via email, text, or push notification), and where you receive them (on your mobile device or through email).
While all our online banking customers are automatically set up to receive alerts, initial enrollment is required within your online banking session the first time you log on. Triggered alerts can be seamlessly delivered to your mobile phone via text message, your email inbox, your online banking account, or your mobile banking app, all in real-time. Stay informed when:
- You hit balance thresholds
- Bill payments are due
- ACH transactions are presented as payment
- Checks have cleared
- Your online Password has changed
- Your debit card was used to make a purchaseAn ATM withdrawal was made
- A check clears your account exceeding the amount you set

Setting Up Notifi Alerts
In Online Banking:
- Log into Federated Bank’s online banking.
- Click on Alerts at the top right of the page.
- Enroll and accept the Terms & Conditions.
- Navigate to Contact Options to set up your email address and mobile telephone number.
- Proceed to Alert Options and select the alert template of your choice.
In Mobile Banking:
- On the Mobile Banking App
- Log into Federated Bank’s Mobile Banking app.
- Click on More at the bottom right and select Alerts under Settings.
- Turn on Push Notifications.
- Choose the Account or Security Alert template you prefer.

Do I have to be enrolled in Online Banking to receive Notifi Alerts?
Yes. You can set up alerts from Online Banking or choose to receive push notification alerts set up through our Mobile Banking app.
How do I sign up to receive Notifi Alerts?
Log into Online Banking, select the “Alerts” option, and choose the categories for which you wish to receive alerts.
Can I set up Notifi Alerts from the Mobile Banking app?
Certainly. Set up push notifications through our Mobile Banking app by logging on, selecting More, then Alerts. Turn on Push Notifications, and customize your alerts.
How do I activate an email address or phone number to receive Notifi Alerts?
When setting up alerts in the Contact Options tab, click “send activation code” and enter the code received into the activation box.
Is there a fee to receive Notifi Alerts?
No, Notifi Alerts is a free service. However, be aware that text message and data fees may be charged by your service provider for receiving text alerts.
Can I use Notifi Alerts to help guard against fraud?
Absolutely. We strongly recommend that all customers activate Notifi Alerts to monitor account activity, providing real-time insights into your financial transactions and enabling prompt detection of any suspicious activity.
