Important Information About Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Thank you for being a valued customer.
At Federated Bank, our number one priority is the health and well-being of our customers, employees, families and communities amid ongoing concerns about COVID-19. We are closely monitoring official information provided by federal and state agencies and taking necessary actions to respond to the rapidly evolving situation.
We Have a Plan and Are Ready
Please be assured we have a comprehensive, written plan in place to make sure we continue to deliver a full range of financial services to our customers, without interruption, at times like this. Federated Bank is federally insured, financially strong and well-capitalized, and our employees are dedicated to making sure your banking needs are met, whatever the circumstance.
Our Plans to Serve You
Out of an abundance of caution, and to do our part to minimize the community spread of the virus, effective March 16, we temporarily suspended most walk-in services at our lobbies. However, our drive thru facilities will be open (drive-thru hours) and our teller teams are doubling up at those locations to keep them running quickly and efficiently. In addition, our branch managers and loan officers will be taking appointments to help you open new accounts or discuss your business or personal borrowing needs. Please call to make an appointment.
We also offer several other safe and convenient ways to access your accounts and meet your banking needs without visiting a branch, including:
- ATMs – All locations, 24/7 access. Get cash, transfer funds, or check balances.
- Online Banking – Check balances, pay bills, or transfer funds.
- Mobile App – Check balances, pay bills, transfer funds, deposit checks. See link below to download app.
Beware of Scams
The Federal Trade Commission is urging consumers to watch out for online and phone scams attempting to exploit heightened concerns about the virus. To learn more, visit the FTC website.
Our Commitment to You
In the days to come, we will devote all necessary resources to make sure you can safely and confidently conduct your banking business with us. As new developments emerge, we will evaluate additional measures to support the banking needs of our customers, our employees, our families and our communities.
Sincerely,
Matt Clark, President
